1. Overview This website is operated by Libertybell Wheelchairs Limited, trading as Liberty Wheelchairs, a company incorporated in Jamaica. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store card details.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped to Jamaica and the Caribbean region. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranty Product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. Liberty Wheelchairs acts as facilitator only. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability Liberty Wheelchairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
